Here is what the motor has. B16A2 Jackson Racing Supercharger boost updgrade, 12pounds, JR BTC set at 12 o’clock JR Vpac set at 4200. JR Fuel Pump Greddy evo exhaust, stock Cat, DC Header 4N1,JR NGK plugs, NGK Wires, MSD Blaster 2 coil and cap. New Rotor, JR fuel Pressure Regulator on fuel rail. Stock Fuel Rail, JR FMU, JR Map controller. Stock injectors, Cold Air intake, K&N Air Filter.
Compression Check 230 on all four cylinders. When I drive normal driving, the car is great. If I run the RPMs up to 7,000 just gradually on the pedal, car is fine. Now here is where I am having a problem. If I am driving and get into it WOT the car reads on the boost at full Throttle, 12 pounds boost, Fuel pressure is 85psi the car nose dives and will not move at all till I let out of the throttle. It just bogs real hard when Im getting on it only. Now again I can drive everyday fine, I can get it to boost to 6 pounds no problem but the second I hammer down the car just doesn’t want to move. I have new plugs and wires from NGK I am running 93 octane. At idle, 800 rpms fuel pressure off the Jackson gauge in the car is 41PSI and the vacuum is at 20. I have had this system for four years and no problems. I have 52,000 miles on the Supercharger. I didn’t know if it is a Vtec problem, or it is. This is really sucking. Now Yes I would love to have hondata, but this car was running awesome with what it has till just recently. Any thoughts would be great.

I have been having the same problem on my car also. However recently i took the vafc way to high and through a map sensor error code. Once i through the code it was worst i could not even get the car to drive properly it was like a more violent problem you are speak about. So i beleive it may be the map sensor going bad may be some one could clarify?

When did you install 12psi?
Pull your plugs, I'm betting they are ghost white. Stock injectors with that much boost is a recipe for disaster.

Well when I have the car at idel it doesnt smoke at all. If I revit up real quick I get some black smoke. When I am driving it, no smoke unless I get into. The plugs were white but not bad, Ijust dont know why that I have had this for four years without a problem, and it was fast, now its acting up.

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me... first, you need a HIGH PRESSURE 255 lph fuel pump (Walbro part # GSS-342). Remember that if you are only seeing 85 psi of fuel pressure at maximum boost, this would be about 35-40 psi too little... and the car would run lean. Using stock injectors, 85 psi is the proper fuel pressure for 5 to 6 pounds of boost... no more. Second, you are probably retarding the timing too much at the 12 O'clock position... move it to the left toward zero... move it two clicks at a time and then try a forth or fifth gear pull. When you hear detonation or ping, turn the knob two clicks back toward the right.

Well, sometimes stuff just gives up the ghost. I've had several things come up out of nowhere.
Your problem sounds like Fuel Or Timing issue. Things to check:
1).Perhaps your FMU is taking a dive. Do you smell fuel, have you checked for fuel leaks?
2). Check your BTC Wiring
3). Check your VPAC wiring
Your setting of 12 o'clock is fine, and shouldn't be killing power, I have mine set at 12.
It almost sounds like the car is pulling tons of timing at WOT or is not giving you any fuel or both.
And like Jim said, your fuel pressures are way too low for your setup. You should be seeing over 100psi at 12psi, which I don't recommend anyway. The JR FMU is set at 5.5:1, so you should be seeing 12x5.5 + 51 = 122psi
I used 51 cause typically static pressure (fp at 0psi) is 10psi higher than IDLE pressure. Maybe its time to get an EMC and some 440s for a budget solution, as your setup, however well it was running before, is a recipe for a rebuilt motor.

So do you think that it could be a Bad Jackson Fuel Pump?

Hi,
I believe it MAY be the simple fact that you're running too much boost.
Basically i'm alittle foggy on this,
but I know the stock honda MAP sensor cannot process over 10psi of boost!
any more and it konks out.
NOW you are running the JR map controller..
so it would seem that that problem should be solved, but perhaps the JR map controller doesnt fix the 10psi limit?
Perhaps the ecu itself needs altering?
I dunno,
just look into it.
